Stained Glass Snowshoe Workshop

Jan. 16: 6:00-10:00 PM
Jan. 17: 9AM-5PM
Jan. 18: 9AM – 5PM
Jan. 24: 9AM – 5PM
Jan. 25: 9AM – 5PM

During this multi weekend workshop,  participants will design and complete a stained glass
creation featuring a polar bear or Inukshuk bevel glass cluster integrated within a bear paw snowshoe.

This style involves designing a scene that will ultimately fit within the routed out snowshoe and zinc came frame. The student will fabricate the piece
by cutting and grinding the glass within tight tolerance’s to fit within the frame. The students will then foil and solder the piece and attach it to the snowshoe.
