Giving our past a future.
The Witness Blanket Poster

The Witness Blanket is a traveling exhibit from the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, a re-creation of an art installation made using artifacts from Canada’s residential schools. Created by master carver Carey Newman, The Witness Blanket was made to help teach about the history of residential schools and to honour the survivors by telling their stories.
